Business Development Partner

We are searching for a Business Development Partner to join the team. This role is responsible for the full new business sales cycle, including closing deals as well as managing a portfolio of existing accounts across the German, UK or Switzerland market.
This is the ideal role for a sales professional, with excellent network connections in the technology market, looking to work independently, to generate more revenue and expand the business to new markets and be a key contributor in a rapidly expanding company.


  • Manage and build a sales pipeline, from lead generation through proposal preparation, negotiation and closing.
  • Developing and leading customer relationships that range from CIO’s and CEO’s
  • Prospecting for new client sales opportunities.
  • Increase market share through competitive engagements
  • Run product and services demonstrations with prospective customers, both online and in-person
  • Attending key industry events/client meetings


  • At least 3 years’ experience in business development in the software services industry in Europe (preferably in B2B Technology Sales)
  • Consultative and entrepreneurial style, comfortable in developing relationships and networking
  • Experience in new business hunting and selling a type of service to businesses
  •  Proven capability to win new logos demonstrating engagement with C level contacts in large enterprise companies
  • A genuine passion for Technology development/software development is crucial
  • German native speakers (or high-proficiency) for DACH geographies
  • Excellent English skills are required
  • Commitment to embark upon occasional EU travel
  • Comfortable in an autonomous working environment
  • Able to leverage connections, attend networking events, to find new business opportunities and leads.
